Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen sometimes...and also that kids are SO unpredictable, so here is our cancellation policy: - Any cancellations made between the point of booking and 72 hours prior to a visit from Emmalee's Memories Characters results in a forfeiture of 25% of your booking payment. - Any cancellations made less than 72 hours notice prior to your visit, results in a forfeiture of 50% of your booking payment. - Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice results in a forfeiture of 100% payment. - Emmalee's Memories would however be more than happy to put any forfeited payment towards an agreed upon rescheduled party date and time for a $25.00 reschedule fee! Please note: In order to reschedule a party, you must cancel your original scheduled party first with a Staff Member at Emmalee's Memories. Our Royal Staff Member will inform you on how to proceed with the booking process again for your rescheduling. Rescheduled performers and characters are not guaranteed.
