q: Where can I find Pricing for Parties/Special Events/Performances/Etc.?
A: Emmalee's Memories takes pride in ensuring that we "maintain the magic" and make sure that no two parties are exactly the same even for our listed packages. With that being said, our pricing and packages can be found on our "Packages" page! Should you decide to customize your visit, please "Request Pricing" under the "Contact" tab!
q: How do I go about Booking a Party/Special Event/Performance/Etc.?
A: Check out our Packages to find the perfect "glass-slipper fit" for your occasion. You can then book your party by submitting a Scheduling Form to give us the final details with your deposit. Upon email confirmation, your party is booked!
Q: We are only having a small family party with just a couple of kids, do you offer a smaller birthday package?
A: Every kid deserves to experience the joy of an Emmalee's Memories Celebration regardless of how many other children are in attendance at the party! Whether 1 child or 100, Emmalee's Memories can tailor your party to make it the best experience possible!
q: Our Child's Birthday Party is going to have MANY Children in attendance! Can you handle that?!
A: Absolutely! The more the merrier!! FUN FACT: Our Performers are trained to execute parties of all sizes!
q: Do You Provide your own Sound Equipment?
A: Yes! Whether it is stage show with our full sound equipment system, a birthday gathering with a small microphone or anything in between, we ALWAYS provide the necessary equipment unless specified by the venue! We also can provide additional microphones/speakers/mic stands or even a stage upon request!
q: Do you travel outside of Western New York? Is there a Travel Fee?
A: YES WE DO! :) Emmalee's Memories regularly performs throughout Western New York and beyond (We frequent parties in Jamestown, Albany, Rochester, Albion, Batavia, Syracuse and more!) Travel fees are determined per Performer for parties expanding 30 miles outside of Buffalo, NY.
q: Would Emmalee's Memories ever Cancel?
A: To ensure safety of our Performers, the ONLY time a Character would be unable to attend is if a Travel Ban has been issued or due to NYS Executive Orders (specifically involving the COVID-19 Pandemic). Otherwise, the party is on!
q: Can I Request a Specific Performer?
A: We will try our best to honor your Performer request; however, due to scheduling and other commitments, having specific performers in attendance is never a guarantee! We suggest that you book a party as soon as possible when requesting a specific performer; however, we PROMISE that you will love all of our Featured Performers!
q: Will Emmalee be in Attendance?
A: Although Emmalee loves attending performances and parties, specific performers are never guaranteed! All of our talented Featured Performers are looking forward to the possibility of making dreams come true!
q: How can I reserve my Preferred Date and Time for a Party?
A: Parties are scheduled on a First Come, First Serve basis. With that being said, we encourage all of our customers to book as soon as possible! Once a Scheduling Form and Deposit have been received, your date and time is reserved upon email confirmation!
q: When can i expect to hear back after submitting a pricing request?
A: The team at Emmalee's Memories will answer you as soon as possible (Generally within a few hours of your request!) If you have not seen an email back from Info@emmaleesmemories.com within 24 hours of submitting a pricing request, please check your email's spam/junk folder or call us at 716-997-8518!
q: What about Payment?
A: A non-refundable $30.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of your payment will be due ONE WEEK in advance of your scheduled party or event. One of our Royal Staff Members will contact you after we receive your Scheduling Form with instructions for your remaining payment due. Payments can be accepted through PayPal and Check.
q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: All parties performed are non-refundable. If your party or event is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your date, we will issue a refund on your payment minus the $30.00 deposit. A cancellation of your party or event less than 48 hours before your date will incur a full charge.
q: Should I Tip The Performer(s)?
A: Performer gratuities of any amount are always SO appreciated and we thank you so very much in advance!! :)
q: What are your COVID-19 Preventative safety measures?
A: In order to keep our Performers and Customers safe, all of our party supplies and equipment are sterilized and disinfected twice prior to arriving at your party. Character costumes and accessories are also thoroughly cleaned after each use. Upon arrival to our Princess Headquarters, our Performers will have their temperatures taken and will be instructed to answer a COVID questionnaire prior to prepping for your party. This will ensure that they are feeling healthy and are not considered a risk. The Princess Headquarters receives a deep-cleaning and is disinfected in between each and every use. Our Performers and staff in attendance at your party will keep socially-distanced and will have Hand Sanitizer and a mask on hand in the event that it should be needed. We are adjusting to the new regulations while also maintaining the magic for your little ones and their guests.
